Orion Donicht has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In 2017 he became a certified yoga teacher with additional training in Hot 26. He teaches an upbeat, fun class based on Bikram that is simple but challenging.
Metis Riley began practicing yoga in 2002. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2022 with additional training in Yin yoga. Her classes are slow, low to the ground, and invite students to look inward while being supported in long holds.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No, you do not need to be flexible to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Variations and adjustments are offered so that everyone can attend our yoga classes.
What do I need for class?
For Orion's Bikram based class, be ready to move with a water bottle, mat, towel, and layers that you can remove if you get hot.
For Yin yoga with Metis, bring your mat, warm layers to get cozy, a blanket, and any yoga props.
